Barley drink
Healthy, delicious drink based on the decoction of barley.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 l

  • Strawberry

    300 g

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

Rinse. Cook for about an hour until tender. If a bit overcooked - nothing, so even better.

Strawberry punch in a blender.

To the berries add sugar, mix well.

Back to barley. Filter. It turns out to be a wonderful broth.

In the broth add the strawberry puree. I love thicker so diluted in half. As you wish, but this does not diminish! Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drink TO your HEALTH!
