Tsybulnik Hutsul
These airy pancakes-tsybulnik easy to prepare and will be a hearty hot appetizer or side dish. This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Boboca called "Tsybulnik Hutsul" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". According to the author, are treated with this dish in the Ukrainian Carpathians, hence the name Hutsul.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    320 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Beer

    80 ml

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil
