Cooking
Two chicken Breasts split into four fillets, each beat in the pack, salt and pepper.
Cut into half rings onions, bell pepper.
Bacon (bacon) cut into cubes and fry the onion and pepper. Add the chopped cilantro, a pinch of curry, tomato puree, crumbled stock cube.
The resulting mixture is spread on the fillets, sprinkle with grated cheese, wrap in foil and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. After you open the foil, you can sprinkle more cheese to slightly melt onto the hot chicken, sprinkle with herbs and serve as a separate dish or side dish. For a side dish you can serve rice, potatoes or a fresh green salad.
