Healthy dish! Any vegetables in their own juices, preserving vitamins.

cut all the vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, eggplant, carrots, cabbage (all that is in the fridge), garlic, meat, mutton or beef - slices. Then add salt, pepper, put the cumin, coriander, or any spice for meat. You can also add a little white wine. Mix everything and let stand 1 hour. Dietary or vegetarian menu can be meat not to put. Put everything in the sleeve, to release the air (so that the package does not burst during the expansion of the air), close and in the oven for 1.5 hours at 170 degrees (going with broth) or 180-190 degrees (will be dry).
