cut all the vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, eggplant, carrots, cabbage (all that is in the fridge), garlic, meat, mutton or beef - slices. Then add salt, pepper, put the cumin, coriander, or any spice for meat. You can also add a little white wine. Mix everything and let stand 1 hour. Dietary or vegetarian menu can be meat not to put.
