Chocolate Beer Cake. The cake is wonderful-light, airy, chocolaty, with a moist texture. Recipe taken from Livejournal. Very much I was interested in the role of beer in this cupcake. The result struck. Everyone was happy, especially the husband, who in addition to cake with a slight taste of Holsten got the remaining beer!

Cooking
Preparing obscenely fast and simple. Beat butter with sugar in a lush foam.
Add eggs, beat after each.
Slowly pour the beer in the cocoa, stirring to avoid lumps.
Mix flour with soda and baking powder. Alternately, in small portions add to the butter then mix the beer with cocoa, then part of the flour. Each time it is kneaded. The result is a rather liquid, like a thin sour cream mixture. Chocolate broken in large pieces, add, stir.
Pour the batter into the pan of 20-22 cm diameter, covered with baking paper and coated with oil. Put in oven for about 40 minutes at 180C. But after 30 minutes start checking with a toothpick, the main thing is not to overdry the cake. The finished cake to cool, removed from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar. I have powder, vanilla. You can add vanilla to the dough.
