Tan is the national Caucasian drink
The art of preparing fermented milk drink "tan" since ancient times belonged to the inhabitants of highland villages of Armenia, and kept the secret recipe, passing it from generation to generation in the circle of the elect. For the current competition drinks it does not fit, but tan is one of the best beverages for quenching one's thirst in any weather conditions.

The recipe is actually very simple: 1 part yogurt/kefir, other dairy, even fermented/ 1 part water . Salt is a must ! The main value of salt is the related minerals that enter into its composition. One of the 80 minerals in useful varieties of salt, it's sodium. Table salt, which is sold in stores, cleared of minerals. I'm trying to add non-purified sea salt. And if you dilute soda or mineral water, then high pressure stabiliziruemost.

Preparing elementary. Just beat the components with a whisk or mixer until the mixture is smooth, to avoid lumps. Then tan can stand in the refrigerator not separated into components. Add salt and enjoy !
