Cherries in syrup
This preparation for the winter I often helps, especially when you need to make a cake with berries. The berries turn out dense, sweet, crunchy. A good syrup to soak sponge cake, or cook from it compote, diluted with water. And the syrup I use for watering muffin, muffin turns out as lacquered and has a berry taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    1.5 kg

  • Water

    1 l

  • Brown sugar

    2 cup

Cherries should be washed, remove seeds. If there is a special tool, they will, if not, then it is better to use a pin.

In a suitable jar tightly stacked cherries, preferably in a sterilized jar, cover it is also desirable to sterilize.
