Chocolate caramel crackers from the freezer for any occasion
This weekend I come to visit, and I'll be busy all week and so I decided to make dessert for the future. This dessert is perfect for serving guests that came all of a sudden, will raise the mood for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee or tea, and sometimes you want and to eat without cooking. Just get out of the freezer and serve to the table with this elegant dessert, chocolate and strawberry.

Ingredients

  • Cracker

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Strawberry

    8 piece

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    1 cup

  • Pumpkin

    1 cup

Cooking

The oven heated to 180 degrees, baking tray lay with foil and on it spread a crackers. Instead of crackers you can use dry bread, thinly sliced.

Add the brown sugar and pumpkin puree, mix well. Puree add at will, it will give the cracker the softness and special flavor of the pumpkin.

Add nuts for more spice and all be a little put out to simmer 3 minutes, stirring.

Evenly spread the sweet mixture on the crackers, so the bedspread, send in the oven for 5-10 minutes

Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate and spread the chocolate across the surface.

Garnish with strawberries or any other berries that you like - dried apricots and dried cranberries are very good too.

Sprinkle on cakes and 2 minutes to move into the hot oven to powder soaked with chocolate and berries. Cool and put more cooling in the refrigerator for no less than 30 minutes.

Cooled cakes can be easily broken into pieces and served to the table. The rest of the crackers spread out on a tray and freeze already frozen solid cookies wrap in foil separately or put it in a package (container) and leave in the freezer until guests arrive or for pampering yourself and your loved ones. Without the freeze and with the addition of dried berries like cranberries and apricots, crackers can be stored for a long time, up to several weeks, and with the addition of fresh berries it would be better to eat immediately or to freeze... or you can add and garnish with fresh berries, our chocolate caramel crackers immediately before use.
