Pork ribs marinated kiwi
Yesterday morning he wanted for dinner to cook pork ribs. And in the afternoon saw a wonderful phrase: "KIWI-CLOSEOUT":-) Not going to argue for all women, but most of the fairer half of humanity the word "sale" has some magical effect. I'm no exception. No matter what sell, kiwi, kiwi... the main thing - SALE!!! It is only then, after a while, a woman may wonder why her (that was purchased on sale), but most of the joy from a good purchase is not the end and regret not coming :-) To celebrate, I decided to use kiwi in cooking dinner and made short ribs with kiwi. It turned out insanely delicious!!!

Cooking

step-0
Kiwi peel and mash into a puree.
step-1
Add finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, mustard, salt, black hot pepper, vegetable oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar. Mix well.
step-2
Ribs wash and dry.
step-3
Immerse in the marinade the ribs and leave to marinate at least 1 hour, and preferably for a few hours.
step-4
To shift the ribs together with the marinade in an ovenproof form and put in heated oven. Bake at medium temperature until ready. First, the ribs are simmered in the sauce-marinade, once it is slightly boiling, the ribs begin to sinter. The marinade becomes a glaze. Get the glazed ribs.
step-5
I love it when ribs freely behind the bone, so cooked them for a long time, but the result is worth it. When serving you can decorate with slices of kiwi. Bon appetit!
