Cooking
Our ingredients for marinating.
RUB the ribs with salt (a little), spices and vegetable oil. Leave in the fridge for a few hours. Better at night.
Into the pan pour soy sauce. Add honey, balsamic sauce, wine vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Now put the ribs. Simmer them in the sauce, turning occasionally until until the sauce thickens.
The sauce will thicken and cover the ribs as a glaze. It will take 5-7 minutes.
Now put the ribs in the oven at t= 200 for 10-15 min. Until tender. After take out from oven, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, stir and give it brew for 5 min.
