Soutzoukakia
Soutzoukakia is burgers oblong shape in a thick and spicy sauce, one of the most popular in Greece main dishes! We love you!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Bread crumbs

    90 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Semi-dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    450 g

Prepare the minced meat with breadcrumbs, garlic and cumin, season with salt and pepper. Do not add water, the beef should be cool.

Divide the meat into 12 pieces and formed into sausages.

Well roll in flour and fry until Golden brown on both sides.

To get soutzoukakia from the pan, pour the wine and grated tomatoes to stew on small fire.
