Cooking
Prepare the minced meat with breadcrumbs, garlic and cumin, season with salt and pepper. Do not add water, the beef should be cool.
Divide the meat into 12 pieces and formed into sausages.
Well roll in flour and fry until Golden brown on both sides.
To get soutzoukakia from the pan, pour the wine and grated tomatoes to stew on small fire.
Then put soutzoukakia to the sauce and cook, stirring, to avoid burning, about 15 min.
The sauce should well be.
