Cake in haste without baking
I wanted to share with you this wonderful and delicious dessert that is popular in Greece and in our family, and most importantly very relevant in the hot summer time, and for those who are going to testify, is unable to please close the baking, and the holidays because no one has canceled! The most delicious here - it's cream! Do not be afraid and feel free to add brandy, the alcohol will still erode and its finish is great will give this dessert a heavenly treat!,

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    400 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Cocoa powder

    70 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

I say at once that the pastry should be fresh, crispy and delicious. First prepare the cream: Beat the butter and still whisking gradually add the powdered sugar. Again, still whisking to enter the eggs one by one.

Add the vanilla, cognac, zest and whisk.

In the end add sifted through a sieve cocoa and beat until smooth.

Build: Dessert is best assembled in a culinary frame, but can be high in the container that it is best to cover with cling film so that hung down its edges will be easy for them to release the dessert from the container. Biscuits 2-3 pieces just for 2-3 seconds to moisten in milk.
