Daughters found the recipe in one of my old magazines. At first seemed tricky, but photoooo... when I tried... was very tasty and quite easy.

Cooking
All the ingredients for the dough mix and bake. Can get thick crust: cut it and leave it for the next cake)) Cranberry souffle: soak Gelatin in a glass of milk and leave for an hour to swell, then bring it, stirring, to boiling (but do not boil!!!). In the cooling mass, add the sugar and stir. Then add the cheese, milk and crushed cranberries. Mix well (I mixed with a mixer). Pour the cooled mass on the cake and put in refrigerator for about an hour, and in the meantime prepare the chocolate souffle.
Chocolate soufflé: soak gelatine in milk and leave for an hour to swell. Pour sugar+cocoa and bring to boil (do not boil!). Add sour cream, gently stir (should be little white particles that give the impression of the night))) and cooled to pour on the cheese souffle. Put in the refrigerator to cool down! (better at night). I cooked in the morning, I froze about 4-5 hours. Then spread the cake: first cake, a souffle.
