The salmon mousse
So many things had been zagotovlen the cooks for Valentine's Day. Valentine!Not on purpose, but it so happened that I happened to cook this yummy just for a holiday. Please note our holiday Poverennova the table and my modest dish!And of course, my heartfelt congratulations!Everything-everything!Let your love be beautiful and live long!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    14 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

Cooking

First bred gelatin in water (70-80 ml).I diluted in a mineral without gas.Leave to swell and the time taken for our fish.

I have here half of the carcass.All here hands did not reach pickle.But still pickled.

Cut it into thin platelets.You can mince,grind in a blender.I've wanted pieces of this size,to fully enjoy the taste of salmon.

In cream add mayonnaise,salt,oil. Oil in a saucepan, heat to dissolve it completely.All mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass,and a better beat with a mixer,mousse then it becomes airy.

Add the fish,finely cut dill.And at the end pour in this mass squared away gelatin.

Pour into the form.Tighten with cling film and put into the fridge for 12 hours.
