Delicate mackerel pate
My husband likes to start the day with a sandwich, and for the occasion I prepared a delicious and tender mackerel pate.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dry white wine

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread

    0.5 piece

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Fish vypotroshit, rinsed and baked in foil for 10-15 minutes, then remove from bones and dismantle hands into small fibers

Tomato peel and seeds (I got my frozen tomatoes, peeled but with the seeds) and finely chop

Finely chop the onion

Place the onion and tomato into the saucepan, pour in the wine and simmer on a slow fire until there is about a tablespoon of fluid

Add sour cream and curry

Add the fish and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly, turn off the heat and add a bit of chopped greens.
