Cooking
Cabbage leaves boil. Or micro, as someone who used to.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Mix egg with water and flour until the consistency of sour cream and to add salt to the batter.
The leaves are cut to make a square, put the cheese and wrap the envelopes.
Dip the wrappers in the batter on both sides.
Fry in vegetable oil on low heat. Serve hot.
