Meat on skewers
Spied in the store as did these meat skewers. Decided to replicate at home... Interesting, but, I tell you. If intrigued, please click here.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

Take the meat, I lean part of pork from the back.

Slice it with a machine for slicing very, very thinly in length. If any machine is missing, you slightly freeze the meat, then chop with a knife so thin, as can only. Put on a Board to lay on top of plastic wrap and tap with a heavy pan to become thinner. Checked - works.

Now every piece collapsible like a fan or accordion (to whom that is closer).

When all have gathered, You get this here pleated piece. However, cute?

Now take the skewers and thread them vertically. Brush with marinade. I just dry spices mixed with oil, salt and garlic.

Cut the meat in portions and leave for a couple of hours to marinate. Ideally, of course, for the night.

Grill or pan. But not for long, literally, on each side a few minutes, otherwise it will be "dry". Due to the fact that the meat is lean, very thinly sliced and marinated, this happens instantly.
