The perfect steak
This is my first recipe on the website and I want to share with You the recipe of a real man's meal. All of the men, I sure love meat, and what could be better than a real juicy steak. I also want to share the secrets of proper cooking of the steak. I hope my recipe to someone will be useful.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

Cooking

step-0
Meat wash, dry.
step-1
Ginger and garlic peel and grate on a grater.
step-2
Chilli pepper cut into rings.
step-3
Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chili.
step-4
Add the sugar and mix. For this recipe I used a little brown sugar TM Mistral.
step-5
Pour the meat marinade and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
step-6
Before cooking soak meat at room temperature for about an hour. This is to ensure that the temperature inside the piece is evenly distributed. Dry the meat with paper towels.
step-7
Heat a pan with a thick bottom or grill pan until a light haze (270-300 degrees). Oil need not be added. The main task is the education of crackling, which will not allow the juices to leave the meat. For this steak fry for 90-120 seconds on each side. Pierce the steak is impossible in any case - so he'll make the juice, so it is best to use cooking tongs.
step-8
When steak is browned on two sides, put it on a baking sheet, cover with foil and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10-12 minutes to receive a steak rare and 15-17 minutes for complete doneness.
step-9
Remove the steak from the oven. Without removing the foil, let it rest for 5 minutes. Top with a sprig of rosemary, then season with salt and pepper.
step-10
Help yourself. Bon appetit!
