Description
The salad is very tasty, although not costly: neither material nor physical. Actually, I got the recipe for this salad as a "Nest", but eventually the family caught on the name "Lenin Olivier".

Cooking
The secret of this dish – baked potato! And the best fried potatoes with onions (!) and dill. For those who don't know how to roast potatoes: Peeled potatoes cut into small strips, washed (from starch), drain well water (in a colander) and spread on pan in a preheated (!) oil. When cooked on one side, put the chopped onions and stir (but not as porridge, and, as if lifting from the bottom, overturn). When the bottom is browned, sprinkle with dill, salt. And stir again. Bring to readiness. If you are afraid that the potatoes are cooked through, immediately do a medium heat and cover. Potatoes still browned, but not crisp (and in the us the salad is not very much and it should).
Chicken fillet cut into or disassemble the fibers. Please, this salad do not replace the meat in the sausage! The only thing more delicious is with boiled tongue.
Carrots cut into cubes. If you don't like salads with cooked carrots, do not put. I put a little bit of color.
Cucumber diced Salad tastes better with pickled cucumbers, but you can just pickles it would be Good to put in a salad, half a tin of green peas, but I was not. (And without it, very tasty)
Protein and part of the yolks to crumble, and the remaining use for decoration.
All the products are collected, mix, bare potseluem. No mayonnaise products easier and faster evenly blended. Mayonnaise. Mayonnaise put enough to just lightly bonded ingredients, and don't interrupt the taste.
The yolk can be mashed, mix with mayonnaise (with garlic, mustard or poppy seeds), roll into balls.
Put in the form of a nest. You can sprinkle with herbs. Decorate with egg yolk. That's all! Bon appetit!
