Beet salad with kiwi

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Beet wash, boil. You can bake the beets in the skins in the microwave or oven until tender. Cool, peel and cut into small cubes.

To prepare the marinade. In a bowl, add sugar (optional), soy sauce (I used sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman), ground pepper, olive oil, balsamic cream. Beat well.

Red onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Rinse hot water and to pickle in vinegar or lemon juice. I marinate in grape.
