I want to offer you a recipe of the day - chicken Polo Al Greco, i.e. Greek. Nothing fancy, but delicious - yum!

Cooking
Cut the chicken in small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Roll each piece in flour and fry in a pan until Golden brown. Put in heat-resistant form.
Onion and bacon simmer in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
Add the pepper, mushrooms and parsley, pour the wine, simmer to evaporate the alcohol for 3-4 minutes.
Add the broth and bring it to a boil.
Pour the chicken broth and place in pre-heated to 190-200 degrees C oven for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven, the liquid should be almost evaporated, add the cream and thyme, if you like spicy 1-2 tablespoons mustard and, again, return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
The cream should thicken.
Serve with your favorite side dish, I had pasta.
But you can have it without the dressing, delicious!
