Cabbage meatballs
These burgers from the campaign, known as "Privatization". Hence the name. Who gave this name, don't know, but I like them very much - economical, tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato juice

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Cabbage and onions finely shred.

Add 3 eggs, salt, pepper and semolina, mix everything and leave for 1 hour.

Then to form cutlets, roll in flour and fry in oil until Golden brown.

Separately fry the onion, carrots and pepper. In a saucepan put layers: meat patties, browned vegetables on top, pour all the tomato juice. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
