Potatoes with cream sauce. Based on "A La Carbonara"...
Ingredients

Vegetable oil

Onion

Ham

Potatoes

Spices

Salt

Black pepper
Cooking
Fry in vegetable oil chopped onion.
Add the chopped ham or bacon. Fry another couple of minutes.
Boiled potatoes chop them.
Potatoes add to the mixture onions and ham, add salt to taste, pepper and spices, pour over the cream, then another minute... and ready!!! Bon appetit!
