Went to the market for domestic chicken, but I bought a quail. One of them is, in my opinion, the broth is tasty and not too greasy. And wanted the house to cook homemade noodles! If interested, come in!

Cooking
Pour water about 3 litres, and boil. To remove the foam. Add spices except Bay leaf. Season with salt to taste and cook the quail until done on low heat.
Cooking noodles. Sift the flour, add the eggs and turmeric diluted in 1 tbsp water, mix well.
Knead the dough (about 30 minutes, it took me 15 minutes). Wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 2-3 hours or put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After divide the dough into 2 parts. Every part of velvety in thin rectangle. With a knife cut into strips 5-6 cm wide, sprinkle with flour. To leave on the table a little dry.
After take 3 strips and placed one on another.
Roll 3 strips in half lengthwise. With a sharp knife to cut the noodles.
On a lined and floured baking tray or Board to put the cooked noodles and leave on overnight or for a few hours.
Carrots cut into strips, onion - diced.
And fry in vegetable oil.
Strain the broth through a sieve. Bring to boil, add the Bay leaf, and sauté the noodles, boil until cooked for a few minutes until cooked add turmeric and ginger. Sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!!!
