Soup-puree of spinach with shrimp
The combination of spinach and shrimp - is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    400 g

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Spices

Chicken pour 2 liters of water, bring to boil, remove the foam and cook for 40 minutes. Strain the broth.

Spinach, without unfreezing, fry in a pan for 10-15 minutes until soft

Sauteed spinach grind in a blender, pour the cream and all mix well.

Shrimp pour boiling water, to clean.

Creamy spinach mixture and shrimp to put in the broth, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes. Soup serve with grated cheese.
