Ingredients for making pies.
Add in a bowl of milk (1 Cup), butter (50 gr.), vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). The mixture is heated.
In a slightly warm mixture add egg yolk (1 PC.), egg (1 piece), add sugar (2 tablespoons).
Add the yeast (7 gr. granulated yeast).
Leave the mixture for 15-20 min to dissolve yeast. Then add the salt.
Gradually add portions of the flour (3 cups).
