Apple muffin
In the midst of Apple season I found this recipe in the magazine "Quick and Tasty". And it's a really quick and delicious recipe. My recipe variation is minimal.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Mascarpone

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Jam apricot

The oven turn on the heating t 180-190 degrees. The bottom of the form for baking bread (brick) vistream baking paper, grease sides with butter. Beat with a mixer in a magnificent mass softened butter, sugar and vanilla.

Continuing to whisk, introduce the eggs one by one, and then mascarpone. In the original recipe-creamy natural yoghurt.

Into the mixture sift the flour mixture, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything. Not for long! It is sufficient to mix the ingredients. Peel two apples and cut into small cubes, add them to the dough and stir again. It turns out thick dough, lazily falling from the spoon.

Spread the batter in the prepared pan, level the surface. Peel the remaining Apple and cut into thin slices. Arrange the slices overlapping on dough in the center and lightly press into the dough (just a little bit!)

Bake cupcake in preheated oven for 70-80 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked take out the form and abundantly lubricated surface of the cupcake with jam. If the jam is thick, heat it a little. Return cake to the oven and Topcem until cooked (until dry skewers). The finished cake remove from the oven and again grease with jam.

Give the cake 10-15 minutes to stand up in the form, then remove the cake from the form and cool.
