Cooking
To prepare the products. The water should be very cold, I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
The meal and oil to RUB hands crumbs. Add the egg yolks, water, sugar and salt.
Knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Flour may need a little more.
To prepare the products for the filling. In addition to these, we will need 1 tbsp of Hercules (not found in the List of the recommended ingredients).
Plum wash and split into halves, remove the seeds. To be put into a microwave safe container, sprinkle with 25 g sugar and then with full power 2-4 minutes.
Chilled dough roll out and put into a form d 20 cm, covered with parchment, forming high sides, prick the dough with a fork and send in preheated to 190*C oven for 15 minutes.
On a slightly baked dough pour in the oats and remaining sugar (25 g). When baking the dough a little explode, apparently, watery kneaded. Or it was just a burden some to believe.
Then spread the plums without the separated juice and again send in the oven for 10 minutes.
Beat the whites with the sugar until thick peaks. To get a basis with plums from the oven and put on top beaten egg whites.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until light blush.
