Put in a bucket of HP products according to the instructions.
Select the "Dough" and press "Start". If You don't have HP: Sift the flour (about half a Cup, leave the mixing), add salt, sugar, yeast, and Basil. Mix. Make a well and add water (room temperature). Knead the dough. Add oil and incorporate it into the dough. If you feel that the dough is liquid and sticky, add more flour. The dough should not be sticky and not cool.

Spread the dough in a greased bowl, cover with film and put in a warm place. The dough should increase in volume by 1.5 - 2 times.
Cut ham into thin semi-circles, cheese - plastics.
