Baklava Baku
Many eat the baklava, and I know I will not describe, just offer their baklava.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Melted butter

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Walnuts

    500 g

  • Sugar

    650 g

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Hazelnuts

    150 g

Dough:Make the dough in advance(in a Cup pour in the milk,sah.sand,yeast,flour) put in a warm place,to raise the cap.Pour in a Cup of flour,put melted butter,salt,egg,yeast mixture and gradually pour in the WARM milk.Do not pour all at once.Flour different.

Knead the dough,cover with a towel,put in warm place

Punch down and cut into equal pieces.I got 10 pieces,just for my shape.If You have less form will be taller baklava.

Roll out the sheets according to the form(preferably the first and the top layer of dough a little thicker)

Lubricate the form of oil,put a layer of dough,pour the filling(2-2,5 tbsp.)

Cut in the form of baklava, to decorate a hazelnut (first slightly fried, peeled, cut into 2 slices), brush with egg yolk mixed with saffron or better shepotko turmeric, and evenly pour the melted butter. Put to bake baklava in a preheated oven at t=180* for 35-40min.

While baking the baklava,make a syrup. Sah.sand+water to boil

In the finished baklava evenly pour the hot syrup and allow to soak. Oven better the evening, the syrup soaked completely until the morning,and easier to remove from the pan.
