Chocolate coconut roll without baking
There are many desserts that can be prepared without baking. Offer quick and easy to make chocolate coconut roll, which does not need to bake. Such a roll can be fed to homemade tea or as a dessert on a festive table.

Let's start with cooking the coconut basics. Coconut puree them in the blender. Quality pour condensed milk, stir.

The end result is sticky, but not liquid mass. Spread it from the Cup into a bowl and set aside. Weight slightly swell and be more pliable.

Prepare chocolate base. Broken into pieces biscuits, put into blender, add cocoa powder.

In powdered mixture add water and again mix it using a blender. In the end to obtain a homogeneous mass, which, if you squeeze it in the palm of your hand - does not crumble, but will not stick to hands. If the mass will crumble - add some more water. If the mass is to stick to hands - add a cookie.

Foundations for rolls is ready, start shaping roll. For this we need 2 leaves of baking paper (I have paper covered with food silicone). On the first sheet spread coconut mass, so that it was located on a half sheet.

Cover with the second part of the paper, roll out with a rolling pin into a rectangle (25* 19 cm), ensuring that the filling to be uniform in thickness. Bent sheet of paper and trim coconut based with a scraper or knife. On the second sheet of baking paper the same way roll out the chocolate mass. To work with it much easier than with coconut.

On the sheet with the chocolate base, put a sheet coconut base, so that the paper was on top. Gently remove baking paper with coconut base.

Gently twist the United layers into a tight roll. The finished loaf wrap in baking paper and put it on an hour or two in the fridge. Chilled roll cut better.

Additionally, I decorated the roll with vanilla cream cake. For this I took the dry mix is "Cream cake vanilla" Dr. Oetker and cooked cream according to the instructions on the package. Preparing the cream is easy and simple, literally 5 minutes.
