Easy Hungarian vegetable soup with a pleasant hint of cheese

Ingredients

To wash the rice. In a saucepan pour in the chicken broth and water. Put on the gas and allow it to boil. Remove the formed foam.

Pour in the boiling broth to the rice. Stir and cook for 7-10 minutes.

Potatoes cut into small cubes. Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences. In a saucepan pour the potatoes and cauliflower.

Carrots three on a coarse grater. The potatoes and cauliflower cook for 10 min. Then fall asleep carrots and salt and pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes

Grate cheese on a fine grater. In a bowl pour the flour and crack an egg into it. Add a pinch of salt and some black pepper, pour there grated cheese, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and one tablespoon of water, knead the dough! Wet hands with water, take the dough and roll it into balls with a diameter of 2 cm and throw in a pan, add Bay leaf and then cook for another 15 min.
