Ingredients

You must first prepare the biscuit. To do this, beat 4 eggs in a water bath until the volume increases.

Then gradually add 100 g of sugar, and whisk to dissolve the sugar and increase the volume of the mass twice.

Then remove from water bath and beat for 10-15 minutes. Then gently introduce 100 g of flour mixed with the baking powder and at the end of mixing 60 g of melted and cooled to room temperature butter.

The form with the cake cover with cling film and put into the freezer for a few hours to solidify. Then the cake is removed from the mold and place them on a dish.

150 gr almond scald with boiling water, peel, slice on a plate and dry it in the oven. You can use the prepared almond petals that are sold in the store, but it is better to prepare the almonds yourself, it will taste great.
