Dessert cake with yogurt and peaches
The most delicate dessert with a divine taste that combines the flavor of peach yogurt and lemon.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Peach

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Jelly

    1 pack

Cookies grind into crumbs, combine it with melted butter, spread in a split mold lined with parchment paper, and place in the fridge to solidify.

Peaches: peel, remove the bones,

And grind into a puree with a blender. Dilute the gelatin in a small amount of hot water and half typed in peach jello, mix and spread on frozen crust. Put into the fridge for ten minutes to slightly thickened.

Combine yogurt with lemon juice and lemon zest, and sugar, whipped cream and remaining gelatin.

This mass is spread on a peach layer and chill in the refrigerator.

Decorate with peaches, pour prepared peach jelly (1 packet jelly in 200g of water) and chill the cake for three hours.
