Apples, bell and hot peppers my.
Cut apples, peppers, scrub them from the middle.

Pour tomato juice into a large pot.

The cleaned peppers until set aside.
In juice add salt, sugar, vegetable oil. Bring to a boil. Put in a pan of chopped apples with pepper. Cook ground 10 minutes
Omit the peppers. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Pour in small sterilized jars (100-300 ml). In each jar put from 3 to 7 pieces of peppers, depending on size of peppers and jars. Then fill the peppers with sauce, close the sterilized lids. Sometimes it's 1-2 cans adzhika clean without pepper.
