Cooking
Prepare all foods. If you want to make more dietary dish, you can not use semolina.
Soak semolina with a little water ( if desired milk)
Finely shinkuem cabbage. I'm using the slicer, do not like to do it manually)
In shredded cabbage, add salt to taste and a good shake with your hands. Add semolina, black pepper, eggs. If the mass is not sticky, add flour (I usually takes 1 heaped tablespoon) the Mixture should not stick to your hands.
Cut the onion, grate the carrots ( preferably small ones) and cook zazharku. Fry the onions until gold, add the carrots. Tomato paste diluted with boiled water or tomato juice and pour in vegetables. Simmer until thick.
Start to fry Radici. Take a pan, preferably nonstick. I use a pancake pan, before going grease with vegetable oil. Radici fry until Golden brown. If they crumble, add into the mix more flour. Spread into the pan they need a hand, tentatively squeezing the excess juice.
Ready Radici put in a pan and each layer abundantly fill our zazharkoy.
Once all the pancakes are ready, liberally sprinkle zazharkoy them, pour into the pan with a little water ( about 50 g ) and put to extinguish on slow fire of 10-15 minutes.
Kapustniki ready) They can be served both hot and cold. Very convenient to take along on a picnic or to work. Bon appetit!
