Christmas jellied fish rolls
The usual fish gelatine no surprise, I propose to prepare jellied fish rolls stuffed with crab sticks. Turned out very tasty and beautiful jelly, which will not leave anyone indifferent new year's eve.

Finely chop fish and onion, add pre-soaked in milk and wrung a loaf of bread. Grind everything in a blender until partitionmanager state.

After 2 hours, cut the rolls into even pieces and put in a serving dish. You can decorate with boiled carrots and greens as desired.

Dissolve gelatin in fish broth according to the instructions printed on the package, cool and pour our rolls. Put into the refrigerator to stabilize.
