The usual fish gelatine no surprise, I propose to prepare jellied fish rolls stuffed with crab sticks. Turned out very tasty and beautiful jelly, which will not leave anyone indifferent new year's eve.

Cooking
Finely chop fish and onion, add pre-soaked in milk and wrung a loaf of bread. Grind everything in a blender until partitionmanager state.
Then add soy sauce "Kikkoman", salt and pepper to taste, 1 egg yolk and knead thoroughly.
1/2 sheet nori 2 crab sticks and roll roll. To do the same with the remaining sticks.

Ready rolls are not releasing from the film, cool and put into freezer for 2 hours, so when cutting they did not crumble.
After 2 hours, cut the rolls into even pieces and put in a serving dish. You can decorate with boiled carrots and greens as desired.
Dissolve gelatin in fish broth according to the instructions printed on the package, cool and pour our rolls. Put into the refrigerator to stabilize.
