Description
Peanut spicy-salty crispy crust with the flavor of Japanese horseradish! This snack is becoming more and more popular, I decided to try to make it at home. It was very tasty!

Cooking
Thoroughly mix wasabi, starch and salt.
Of water and sugar to weld a syrup. When the syrup is ready is to dip it in peanuts.
Remove the nuts with the aid of a skimmer. To give the syrup a little draining.
Add our wasabi mixture and carefully roll.
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Send in an oven (135 gr.) for 30 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 90 degrees. and wait another 20 minutes. But just in case, keep an eye out for nuts, they may cook sooner.
