Soup with squid and garlic
Unusual, but very delicious soup! One of the favorite soup of my family from the summer menu. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

A number of products designed for a 5 liter pot of soup.:-) Wash and peel beets and carrots. Cut them into strips (I prefer to grate on a food processor, it turns out a large straw). Then put the skillet (or deep pan) on the stove, pour vegetable oil (can be pork fat, cut into strips, but we have this option doesn't work). In hot oil put grated beets and carrots, saute for 3-4 minutes.

Add the vegetables, tomato paste, vinegar and sugar (if you want), if necessary, pour in a pan of boiling water, cover with a lid and simmer vegetables until tender.

Shinkuem cabbage. By this time on the stove should be boiling in a pot water for soup. In boiling water omit the cabbage and cook for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the potato and cut it into wedges. Add to the pan with the cabbage and cook until soft.

Squid clear from the films, wash and cut into strips. Potatoes came to soft? Add to the pot of steamed vegetables and squid. Refillable soup to taste with garlic pounded with salt, add the Bay leaves. After 3-4 minutes the soup is ready! BON APPETIT!!!
