Soup Ratatouille is a dish of French cuisine. Thanks to the spicy taste, the vegetable and the aroma of herbs, soup makes you want to hurry to try it. The soup is very suitable toasted baguette with melted cheese.

Cooking
Potatoes wash, peel and cut into cubes.
Carrots wash, peel and cut into cubes.
In a saucepan pour water, add salt, place the potatoes, carrots and chicken drumstick (actually, preparing this soup without meat, but I wanted to take the easy mavarcica). Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 15 min. while cooking remove the foam.
The rest of the vegetables (onion, eggplant, bell peppers) wash, peel from the eggplant to remove skin, cut into cubes. To shift the chopped vegetables into the pan, smetannoy olive oil. Squeeze the garlic through the press.
Add sauce Kikkoman wok for frying. Mix well and cook the vegetables for 7-10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Tomatoes wash and pour boiling water. Leave on for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the skin and place in blender, chop.
Tomato puree and add to vegetables in skillet, add spices and sauté for 2 min. Meanwhile, the carrots and potatoes should be ready, so we shift the contents of the pan into a saucepan. Mix all soup is ready. For filing a baguette cut into pieces, fry in the toaster or on a dry pan. Cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, spread out on pieces of baguette and send in the microwave until the cheese melts.
