Potato soup with peppers
The original version of potato soup. Hearty and rich in calories, but delicious! With a taste of smoked. A recipe from a magazine, I think, from the old "Liza&q uot;.

Ingredients

Cooking

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Boil them in meat broth for about 20 minutes until tender.

While cooking the potatoes, peppers, and bacon cut into thin strips, onion thin half-rings.

Fry the bacon in a pan in hot vegetable oil.

Then, a 2-3 minute sauté in the bacon fat, pepper and onion.

Then add Vienna sausage, cut into pieces 2 cm long and fry with the vegetables for another 2 minutes.

When potatoes are cooked, without draining the broth, mash it into a puree with a potato masher right in the pot, or blend in a blender, and pour back into the pan. Add everything from the pan (bacon, onions, peppers and sausage). Bring to a boil. Salt and pepper - to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. The soup is ready! Bon appetit!
