Description
This recipe I got from my grandmother, and she from her mother etc. In my family there is a problem with nezhelanie fruit compote. Thanks to this recipe all the fruits delicious, and the COMPOTE is simply unmatched.

Cooking
To prepare (clean) jars and lids. Rinse the dogwood and fill 2/3 or 1/3 of the banks,
Boil water and pour boiling water dogwood, cover the jars and let stand at least 40 minutes, preferably, before they cool down. But I don't always have as much time mainly I'm just waiting for 40 minutes :)
Then drain the water (without dogwood) in a saucepan, boil again and pour jar and leave for 40 mins :) not forgetting to cover;
After this time, drain again and add sugar. My family does not like sweet, but the dogwood I add 1 Cup to 3 L. to the Bank;
Pour the syrup back into the jar
On the neck (if not enough syrup, add boiling water)
Turn over, cover with a blanket or towel (your habits) and keep to cool.
