Stuffed with mozzarella
This recipe I found on the Internet. I think that fans of the mozzarella gonna like it. Cooked very quickly and simply. And the taste... just the bomb (IMHO).

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Spices

We take vegetables (tomato, onion and pepper) and cut into cubes or small strips.

Separately mix all ingredients for marinade (oil, vinegar, honey + a little salt and pepper). The marinade can taste it and add what you are missing (can someone be a little vinegar, someone honey). I, personally, do not added. Mix the vegetables with the marinade, stir and leave for 30-40 minutes to marinate in the fridge. After marinating the vegetables you can eat and so. Very tasty obtained.

Meanwhile, prepare the mozzarella. I had 4 PCs that's such a tidy, weighing 125 grams each. Cut the top a bit of cheese (but without fanaticism). Cut the tops to leave. Using a teaspoon make an indentation in the cheese (but these pieces you can eat if you wish).

Get pickled vegetables and fill them with the mozzarella. Vegetables we have will remain, but they we will need.

When applying for a plate put a little pickled vegetables, and they put our stuffed mozzarella. Decorate, if desired, any herbs.
