Every year I look forward to when the sale will be fresh zucchini to pamper yourself and family with us two favorite dishes of the tavern. Thank God, every year they appear earlier. These days they appeared. The price of course bite, 120 rubles per kg, but I do need to reward the family for the long uncomplaining wait. The dish is so simple that it was able to master even my neighbor at the cottage that last summer I inadvertently treated them. His wife now in every meeting nags me that she had to run around town in search of bacon, the husband was hitting on him. The idea of food belongs to Natalia Molchanova, the admin one of the culinary group "Vkontakte". I am very grateful to her, we all loved the dish impossibly))) Products - at least!

Cooking
Zucchini clean from the skin.
Cut zucchini lengthwise into 4 or, if the plump squash, 6 pieces.
Each slice of zucchini wrapped in thin overlapping strips of bacon.
Prepared pieces of zucchini to spread in the pan.
Put the pan in the hot oven. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and vegetables or just fresh vegetables.
