Very tender and tasty fish without the hassle.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Salt

The fish is cleaned, cut into pieces a La carte. In each piece put half of the lemon slices, sprinkle with lemon juice (1 tbsp)salt, sprinkle with herbs. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
