Appetizer of mushrooms in pita bread
Delicious appetizer with mushrooms and cheese in pita bread, cooked on the grill. Fragrant, simple, delicious. Especially on the road, at a picnic, a little to satisfy your hunger, while fried kebab!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

  • Mayonnaise

Mushrooms wash, if necessary, clean.

In sour cream add spices from "Forester", mix and set aside aside to let the spices open.

With a brush coat mushrooms with sour cream and put on skewers. I used long skewers from "Forester".

Broil over hot coals for 5-7 minutes.

While the mushrooms are fried-cooled, cheese grated, parsley wash, drain and finely chop.

Slice the mushrooms and arbitrarily add to the cheese, stir, add the mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream), stir again thoroughly.

Pita bread cut into pieces about the size of 29х20. Place it in the middle tablespoon of the filling, spread on pita bread.
