I offer a very tasty salad, to prepare it for any occasion. Designed and I named it in the autumn subject (the shape it can be any, be creative)!

Cooking
Our ingredients are. Meat, beets and carrots boil until tender. The meat I boiled and added to the soup: salt, black pepper, garlic, and at the end of cooking put a Bay leaf.
Clean the beets and RUB it on medium grater.
To the beets add the garlic, passed through the press (no press, just grate garlic on a fine grater) and mix everything.
Then on the dish lay out the beets in a sheet view. A little beet leave for decoration at the end. Coat with mayonnaise "Maheev".
Cut meat in small cubes and lay out the next layer. Coat with mayonnaise "Maheev".
The next layer - boiled carrots, you can grate on a medium grater. Leave some carrots for decoration at the end. Coat with mayonnaise "Maheev".
Sprinkle top with grated cheese (cheese grate on a fine grater).
