Cooking
Language boil until tender and allow to cool in the broth. Cut into dice.
Smoked chicken (I removed the skin) to make out the fibers from the bone and slice.
Eggs boil, peel and cut into cubes.
Mushrooms finely chop.
And fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Pickled cucumbers cut into dice.
Chop the greens.
Mix boiled tongue, smoked chicken, eggs, fried mushrooms, greens and pickled cucumbers, sour cream+mayonnaise, salt and mix well.
