Rice soup with Lecho
Prepare for lunch rice soup with Lecho. It's fast and delicious! Lecho gives this soup a bright color, interesting flavor and a delicious rich smell. Adding Lecho, at least once, in any soup, you won't be able to do without this product in the kitchen. So it changes the taste of food, making it flavorful and really rich and tasty. Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    3 piece

  • Lecho

    1 can

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 pinch

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    2 piece

  • Salt

Onion peel and cut into half rings or cubes.

Garlic peel and cut into plates.

In a pan heat vegetable oil, add the onion, garlic. Salt, pepper, season with paprika and fry until zolotisty onions.

Peel the carrot and cut into strips.

Sausage cut into rings.

Rice, rinse well and drain in a sieve to drain excess liquid.

The pot with the broth (you can use either chicken, vegetable, meat) to boil, add rice, bring to a boil and cook until soft rice.

Add the sausage and let the soup simmer.

Then add flour (I have a home, but store-bought), carrots (I didn't do it, I Lecho with carrots), Bay leaves and spices. Bring to boil.

Last passivated add the onion and garlic. To try to salt if you need salt and pepper. Remove from heat, cover and let stand.
