When a person is on a diet, it seems that life is somewhere by. Limiting ourselves, we sometimes think, how tasteless and hungry! Offering fabulous soup, which will be a pleasant satiety, but a small amount of calories. Each serving of this soup, which can replace lunch, turns out about 250 calories.

Cooking
Satiety soup will give wild rice. If anyone else knows, that in 100 grams of cooked wild rice, about 100 calories and lots of vitamins and minerals, such necessary for our organism. But still I recommend to soak the rice overnight in cold water. So for the soup, in a pot with water, put wild rice and diced potatoes.
Add the onions. There are almost no calories, but it will give the soup thickness and flavour. It should finely chop. Put the saucepan on the fire and cook until potatoes are done. As the rice was steeped, it perfectly opens.
When the potato is ready, add the chopped squid and spinach (I had frozen). Spices add hops-suneli, pepper black pepper. Let the soup boil for another 5 minutes. Only after he is cooked, add salt to taste. Thus, the salt you put less than usual.
Optionally, the soup can be charged with yogurt. Bon appetit!
